Everything was fantastic. Wait staff were very attentive. Portions are small...so make sure you order enough.
Do not miss the duck egg or burrata!
Relaxing atmosphere, good service, mediocre food. Can't say there was one thing I'd feel the need to go back for.
Blown away by the food here. Rarely do vegetarians get this culinary experience.
Wonderful menu; extremely loud, exacerbated by bad acoustics when busy. A sad trade off.
I've been here twice and both times, the food was outstanding. Pumpkin ravioli is my favorite.
It was a nice flare of all natural food but the porridge was not so good.
Yumm... Vegetarian tapas.. Great food even for the meat eater.
Get a Dirty Shirley cocktail!
Everything was amazing. But the coconut curry dish was by far my favorite.
Anything. The menu changes a lot so I can't recommend one thing. The triple chocolate dessert I had was heavenly without being heavy.
"You’ll understand the accolade when you taste Shawn McClain's caramelized onion and rosemary focaccia with habanero Romesco and garlic butter. Finish with the toothsome vanilla-ginger panna cotta."
Unnecessarily expensive tapas, boring
Pink. Peppercorn. Soda.
'Shroom pate is divine!
get the organic farm egg! had to get a second cause it was so good. mushroom pate is pretty good so is sesame noodles and the risotto. cocktails are meh. peanut butter mousse amazing!
The Lady Duck Farm Egg was fabulous!
Try the Bea Arthur-- a feminine take on a masculine manhattan and named after a masculine woman. Light but strong!!

Skip the salsify risotto, it's a little bland. The frozen chocolate mousse is incredible
Excellent food and service. Don't miss it.
Ask for the Jackal. It's special drink not on the menu.
The mushroom pate and duck egg with smoked potato purée are delicious must-orders! The servers are super nice and friendly as well.
Fantastic rotating brunch with no crowds.
Delicious even meat eaters will enjoy the food. Try the sweet potato dumplings they're so yummy!
The pink peppercorn thyme soda is tasty, but even better with a lug of gin dropped in.
De-licious. Black bean mole plantain hash! Yes please!
Food blogger Julie O’Hara says that Green Zebra is a “cool, date–appropriate restaurant, yet the prices are reasonable for the high–end style of cooking.”
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to!
The music is killer. Neutral milk hotel, arcade fire, bright eyes, Peter born and John. Love it! Food was super great too!
Fine Vegetarian dining in Chicago
mushroom bread pudding. woah.
The mushroom roll is aaaaamazing!
Try the forbidden black rice... it's delicious!
Great spot for mainly veg cuisine! Some of the best tapas in the city.
Try the black rice and the dumpllngs, and hearts of palm dish-phenomenal
Delicious mostly-vegetarian gourmet restaurant with impeccable flavor combinations and a fantastic waitstaff that really know how to put food & wine together
Key lime marshmellows!
Used a groupon, thankfully, as its pricey. Honestly, good but kinda overrated
Really...it's not just for vegetarians! Chef Shawn McClain took a risk with this West Town location...and so glad he did-wonderful addition to the burgeoning restaurant scene in West Town
as a guy who loves a good steak, I didn't mind the vegetable centric menu a bit. classy, delicious and satisfying
