The security guard is pretty amazing but the desk clerk can be jerky. Not bad though. Lots of nice people here in Portland.

If you take the Valley Retriever, buy your tickets on the Amtrak website and pick them up at Union Station. They're about $4 cheaper than Greyhound, and Greyhound doesn't offer them online.
