There is a KFC/Pizza Hut and a deli in the station for snacks before/after you depart..

Drop your rented car off at the Sheraton across the street. Walk to your train.
The KC/STL greyhound is truly limited in professional and organization. The staff was truly rude, and inconsiderate. Traveling, consider the train or megabus!
Arrive early to get a good seat on the trains and buses. U also NEED a mp3 player with a usb charger. Kids can be hard to control. So if u have those bring them a toy/book. And the food is high!!!
Take the 4:35am train to Chicago. So empty you get your own conductor. Ask to drive the train!
This place needs some AC in the greyhound lobby before getting onto the bus

The train from Chi to St. Louis was 2 1/2 late... That's dat bullshyt...
Print your bus ticket beforehand to skip having to weigh your bags at the terminal to avoid overweight fees.

Be on time. Or at least show up before the train leaves and just make up a sorry for why you were late.

Print your ticket at home and scan the barcode at the kiosk so you don't have to wait in line.
Elderly couple is locked in first class lounge.
The greyhound bus is over an hour late. never taking out again, stay far away. Very disrespectful people

If you have an Amtrak layover they will hold your bags for the day for only $3 a bag. Just ask at the ticket counter.
Nice waiting area but bring an umbrella if it is raining as the train platforms are not covered.
Easy and awesome way to get away from St. Louis without having to drive. Houses both Greyhound and Amtrak.
