People tend to check in during these times:
Traveling with Greyhound? Make sure you check-in with us on Foursquare!
This place is the antithesis to Disney World. It is a hellhole and will never change. Avoid at all costs!
As of January, 2014, they still don't accept e-tickets on a mobile device. Make sure you bring *all* printed pages. Ticket booth can't print tickets that weren't purchased as 'will call'. Strict!
Don't be afraid to ask for directions. No one is in the information booths but there are plenty of cops around.
They overbook & don't give priority to prepurchased tickets Even if coming from a bus you bought on the same itinerary Staff is useless- two literally walked away rather than addressing our concerns.
I'm here every two weekends =)
Booking via Greyhound Express is a much better- low stress way to travel. You get boarded by numbers/sections and the tickets are typically cheaper the further out you get them.
Make sure to get there plenty before your bus time.... you'll get stranded otherwise
Come early if you're will call. There will only be one ticket man working behind the counter and 2/8 machines available, one of which is cash only. Of course.
Buses will leave you... So be there at least 10 minutes before boarding.
Pretty darn depressing if you ask me but hey, it IS a bus terminal.
Greyhound is Hell incarnate. Enjoy your ride.
If I'm on this bus one more minute I'm gonna kill.
