This Greyhound terminal ties as one of the most adventurous terminals I have ever worked in. I actually will miss it!
Moved to Union Station where the Mega Buses are located.
So long and farewell! Going home and coming back to DC used to be an adventure, now alas good Greyhound Station, your absence marks NoMa's full ascent and the wiping away of Old NE DC continues.
They moved to Union Station! Go through the main entrance, through food court and follow the signs to the buses (escalator up to mezzanine level).
Place is dirty. Okay customer service, but hundreds of dollars cheaper than taking Amtrak
Women's bathrooms are DISGUSTING
Say a prayer before boarding. Our bus driver hit another bus, a wall and a car all before leaving the parking lot. Choose life, ride something else
The bus driver is cuteeeeee
Wait in line to get non-carryon luggage checked even if you use the kiosk to print online tickets.
You bus ride might be fine, but once you get off run through here. This is a disgusting station. Smells and everything is dirty. Employees seem angry. Don't spend 5 min in here & AVOID THE BATHROOMS.
Most of the busses are FREE Wi-Fi ZONES. Networks = "Greyhound Free WiFi" or "Peter Pan Free WiFi". No password.
Try to avoid the restrooms! Believe me, you don't want to be in there, I even prefer going on the bus!
This place is sketch. In a nice up and coming area, though.
Be prepared...it is the United States of 'hoodMerica in hrr, with a little tooth (white trash) sprinkled in.
This place isn't as bad as most of these people say...Maybe I just caught it on a good day...who knows. But I've seen MUCH worse.
You should lie about where you come from if you find yourself here. If you dress good and say your from NYC, the amount of creeps multiply.
There is no priority seating/bigger seats for express passengers. I paid $54 round trip from DC to NC. 6-7 hr trip. I stop in VA
Nice Greyhound workers! Check out
This chick working in the food court is swinging that cheap wig around with no hairnet on! Where's the health department when you need them?!?
Skip the cab, take an Uber, 1st class sedan car service. Download the app on your smartphone, or go 2 m.uber.com, and use invite code "yiy5a" to save $10 off your 1st ride.
Sit in the Express Lounge while waiting on your bus..beats standing in line.
Nobody here has a bearable odor. Ever.
MegaBus is faster. It's only a 3 hr ride from Philly to DC. Greyhound "EXPRESS" is a 4 hr ride... Smh. Get it together!
This fucking "café" is the worst!! Slow ass workers, rude as fuck, can't multi task for shit. This is disgraceful. Eat before you get here or just wait until you get to your next destination.
If possible get your tickets in advanceYou can now purchase them at 7-eleven
On May 4, 1961, the CORE Freedom Ride departs Washington. Following several days of nonviolence training, 13 Freedom Riders and three journalists begin the journey on two separate buses.
Bathrooms on the bus may actually be nicer than the ones in the terminal
Don't eat at the little restaurant place. Cashiers are miserable and foods bad.
Be prepared to sit in a sewer with low lifes. For wat seams like eternity. Take a train or a plane next time
Not the greatest of stations but the quality (and smell!) of the buses has vastly improved. Plus, it's been cheaper (and more reliable) than megabus or bolt bus as of late.
Don't forget to check in your luggage! Otherwise you'll need to come back to the registration desk...
A bit seedy to say the least , but I stay optimistic.

I know it is a cheap way to travel, but every time I am here, I feel like I need a shower.
Customer service at this location bites. This is probably why I haven't been on a bus since HiS.
Cant stand this place. Smh
A very lux place to travel with all the amenities of a Satan Travel Lines. I say walk and smell the fresh air
The new express buses are nice very similar to boltbus. Other than that this place sucks. It smells like piss and is just down right depressing
Take any Chinatown bus. Avoid this hell hole!
This places dirty, lacking enough human help (book will call tix!) and it's AC has been broken since last month (early 7/2011). Don't plan on a timely departure either.
Lacks proper ventilation. Pretty much a walk-in oven!
Lines are unorganized- bus station needs to be renovated. Greyhound has got to learn to DO BETTER!
Greyhound Lucky Streak to Atlantic City is around $30 each way, but you get a $25 casino voucher if you drop off at one of the casinos. Makes for a decent deal if you are into that.
It smells like kitty litter in here... why?
Save up to 25% on Northeast Regional just for booking 2 weeks early!
If you're traveling back to NYC after the Cherry Blossom 10 miler good luck. The lines are so long they just sat the 3:30pm ticket holders on the 5pm bus.
Creeps and homeless people here. Over priced food. You decide.
Don't help the homeless... u get repeat customer(s) yes their friends will come after u.
