Griffith Observatory is sitting on the south-facing slope of Mount Hollywood in L.A.'s Griffith Park. The observatory is a popular tourist attraction with an extensive array of space and science-related displays.
The best view of LA.
It's free so come one , come all! Remember to park along the road as its closer parking is paid. Great view of the Hollywood sign!
If you're on a visit at L.A. is a wonderful sightseeing of the city!!
Too crowded , difficult to find Parking space . Nice view and museum .
My favorite place in Los Angeles. Hands down.
Amazing view, nice trails, good scientific stuff. For trails visit during day time and to get a amazing view of LA city in night. Don't forget to take your love one's along 😉
Don't leave LA without a trip here. The best views and interesting place to be. A++++
You can see the hollywood sign from here but when you go to take a picture you cant see it in the picture lol
It's almost cliche to say it at this point, but the view of LA is fantastic no matter how many times you see it.
Free admissions, amazing views
Everything with outer space.
Beautiful view, walking to the place is better downhill than up
One of the best views of LA hands down!
I love this place! It's fun for a date, for families or even to go by yourself.
Love to walk around and take pictures of the city
The view of Los Angeles and Hollywood from up here is amazing, but don't forget to walk inside the observatory for the main attraction. The Griffith Observatory houses some great, must see exhibits!
Cool place at dusk. Nice sunset and city view. Free. Lots of trails.
Beautiful building, beautiful view of LA and the sunset, free science exhibit with a lot to explore, great hikes around it. Must stop here.
Beautiful views of the Los Angeles.
Iconic LA Landmark. Don't miss visiting!!!!!
Great views of Hollywood sign and the perfect place to appreciate how ginormous is LA
We had chance to see the tiny venus
closed on Mondays :(
Great views of the city and Hollywood sign. Parking is a bear so get there early.
Bring a camera!!
Top of the world, Ma! There's so many reasons to visit the Observatory - you might forget it's a museum, or a breathtaking way to see Los Angeles, or a place to hike, or a popular movie location.
Great place to spend an afternoon, then choose one of the many walking tracks back down to the park.
Come early on the sunny day to enjoy the sunset and Hollywood sign view
Beautiful view of the city of LA
The view is amazing! Specially in the night. All the city lights!
Come with time to see everything 😁
Beautiful architecture. Hopefully you can catch LA on a less smoggy day.
Being able to see the particles/rays falling through our atmosphere with your own eyes in the new basement blows my friggin mind. It's amazing.
Take your out of town friends here instead of Hollywood
Yrs of lovely, romantic moments here :)...my #1 spot for the most spectacular views of LA! Go watch the sunset, visit Planetarium, & see the stars w/ the lawn telescopes instead of lining up 4 Zeiss.
Great place to take your child and learn. Also great view of LA.
Fun and interesting exhibits
You learn alot about astronomy and you experience some pretty cool stuff.
Parking's a pain in the ass, if you can, take a bus over and walk up otherwise come early. Definitely see the sunset and the shows in the planetarium are absolutely breathtaking, really cheap too!
Absolutely loved being here. Beautiful views and great exhibits. Hike the trails nearby and watch the sunset. Bring a flashlight
Amazing view if you are in LA you got to stop here
Beautiful views, amazing hike to get there.
Great view of the city. Worth the drive
One of the best view in LA
Good for a stroll with family or date
Beautiful building. Beautiful views. Take your kids. Watch the shows.
Great views of LA at night!
