    I think their best pizza is the classic pepperoni. The pepperoni adds flavor. Without it, I find the pizzas to be rather bland. Better pizza places in NYC, but still fun to come for the experience.

    Pizza is good but not great; service and attitude of all the guys working here is horrible, so skip it and go next door to Juliana's Pizza instead!

    I thought tourist price and I go to place on Manhattan, Then I remembered I spent $100 on beer last night and stayed for a small meatball. Excellent NY pizza & take off my bucket list. JUST DO IT!

    This is a lousy place. Avoid it at all cost. Pizza is bad, service is poor, food served on paper plates, drinks in plastic cups. Cash only, hand-written illegible bill, tip is enforced. Rude manager.

    The pizza is fantastic but overrated. The hype makes lines so ridiculous during peak hours. Opt for lunch instead of dinner if this is a must for you. Otherwise, try any other amazing pizza nearby.

    Grimaldi's is well-known restaurant and Mr.Grimaldi is obviously aware that this place is often recommended. Rude staff, cash only and their ATM upstairs charges $5. The pizza was so-so.

    you can pick out of two bases for your pizza - white (14$-small / has extra cheese no tomato) and original (12$-small / w. tomato) . Then pick your toppings. jalapeño and garlic is amazing. Cash only.

    Not the real Grimaldi's. The real Grimaldi's, with Patsy Grimaldi manning the front door is next door, at Juliana's. Grimaldi's isn't terrible but its not even close to what you'll find next door.

    After standing in line for almost an hour (and the bouncer at the door letting 10+ people behind us in), we were surprised to find plenty of open tables inside. Tasty pizza, but ditch the attitude.

    So overrated :( There is no precomposed pizza on the menu, you choose all the toppings (not that much choice) and pay per topping. Had better pizzas in my life. Good point all toppings seemed fresh.

    Cash only! Expect a long line. They don't always pick the first people in line, they go with available seating. Pizza was good. I prefer Lombardi's though. The white sauce was kind of dry for me.
