People tend to check in during these times:
One of the 13 stations in the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) rail system. PATH is a subsidiary of The Port Authority of NY & NJ.
Inquire with you State government officials why a public utility like PA doesn't have to recognize federal Americans with Disabilites laws. No elevator or escalator access in the newer Marin entry.
If u get the path refill card and fill it with 20 bucks. It's only 2 bucks a ride compared to 2.75. It's worth the 5 dollar investment to purchase the refill card.

If u catch the 81 remember after 8 it runs every hour....ugh

For Andriod users, I suggest downloading the SchedNYC app. It's mainly a schedule app for the NYC Subway but now it includes PATH schedules. Very nice and useful app IMHO.
About time the newsstand space is used again.

Last Friday of every summer month they have a mini street fair and performance from 2-8pm
you can get 81L and 81X to Bayonne
From may to november there is a farmers market. Monday & Thursdays until 8pm.
The tunnel exit takes you down to Marin & Columbus. The stairs take you to grove st & the plaza.
