The Friggin' Amazing French Toast - croissant slices coated with cinnamon vanilla batter & cooked to a golden brown, served with maple syrup, pecans, and homemade raspberry butter. Wow..

The Cheddar "CRACK" #Bacon Burger. Cheddar cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, roasted onions & fresh tomatoes on a toasted potato bun. You will go into a food coma after eating this.

  • Max K.

The atmosphere is great. If you like having delicious sun blasting your dome while you eat the most delicious bacon ever, I'd definitely recommend the patio for seating. Split a pancake - ya welcome

best breakfast place in LA, very homey and has everything from bacon & eggs to milk & cereal (cereal & milk, lol). small so hard to get a table but worth it. service is top notch

Best tuna melt ever. Side potatoes for breakfast dishes are kinda spicy, so ask for something else if you're sensitive to spiciness. Homemade ginger ale is not very good, get something else.

    Junie Lee · June 27, 2010
  • Justine G.

The beef poutine is a newer menu item. Although listed as an appetizer it's substantial for eaters who don't need a heaping portion. Warning: parking is a trial. Great lunch spot!

    Justine G · February 25, 2013

I must admit, I wasn't a fan. I had high hopes. Sat on the patio only to be attacked by flys! Ordered the buffalo chicken and received a rock hard/over cooked piece of chicken. Cute atmosphere though.

    David Jackson · August 3, 2010
  • Alexa W.

The croissant French toast is absolutely delightful. The crack bacon however has a disappointing after taste. Some of the servers are a bit snobbish but there are some gems.

    Alexa Whiteside · September 14, 2014
  • Yvonne L.

Large portions and fresh ingredients. Side salad is lackluster and the cookie sandwich dessert hardly meets expectations. It was as hard as a brick when it was served.

    Yvonne Leow · August 8, 2010

Go to Grub and order the spicy pulled pork sandwich with kettle chips, so gooood. Make sure you get the carrots and pretzels with ranch too, its free.

Chicken pesto scramble was tasty and also amazing in quantity. Coffee was pretty strong but still good!

    Maaham Aziz · September 13, 2014

The French toast croissant is life changing and the crack bacon is worth it. But more than anything go for the beautiful cozy atmosphere

Somehow managed to pay $20 for JUST a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. No drinks. Other than that. Great food. Nice vibe. Friendly staff.

Dear Grub: thank you for having the best iced coffee in this part of town, allowing me to keep my job, allowing me to make enough money to support my crippling addiction to black tar heroin.

I've been all over - New York, Paris, London, Barcelona - and this is the best breakfast place I've ever been to. Get the truffle scramble and a side of crack bacon.

    Nicholas Carlson · May 25, 2013

Basically eat everything and enjoy yourself. Lemon Basil champagne cocktail is a must. As well as the "crack" quesadilla. Trust.

The breakfast items are decadent! I love how they give you a bowl of mixed cereal as a breakfast "amuse bouche"

Their BLT is made with their amazing "cracked bacon." Add Brie to this and you'll be in heaven . . . oh so good!

Guy at the counter is a douche, no need to take his rudeness for food that used to be good and now is at best, mediocre. Never coming back

No matter what you order, make sure to get a side of bacon. Best bacon I've had in my life.
