Tonkutsu! Thickest broth around
Not bad. The sauce was a bit thick for my liking but the chilli and garlic additions was heaven.😀
One of the best ramen spots in the city! Super authentic, rich (so don't eat too often), and oh the egg... Everything.
Very good Ramen
Don't come here between 3-5pm, as half of their signature soups are not available due to stock preparations.
"Try the Special Rice ($9) for a combination of spicy cabbage, soft-boiled eggs and specially marinated pork mixed throughout the half-basketball-sized bowl of rice."
So good I don't want to tell you about it.
In a food court. Tonkatsu is really thick and savory. Not good if you have a hangover as you will quickly be overwhelmed.
Choices of Ramen is good. Taste is totally fine but somehow the soup is too concentrated.
Dudes, the special rice is out of control. Pork, egg, pickled veg hiding under sticky moist rice. Ramen awesome, special rice a hidden delight
Better get in quick or the ramens you might want are gone!
Where saintly, pious tonkotsu ramen go when they die. You can ask to toned own the broth's thickness/salt if you want. Good street-food feel.
If this is your first time here, get one of the lighter base soups like hakata ramen. This place is not like any other ramen places in Sydney - the soup is amazing, msg free and very rich! Tonkotsu :)
Ramen, food court
Tonkotsu is delicious, broth is very thick.
Somehow every night when the weather gets a little wet, cold and depressing, my mind defaults to this place with it's absolutely hearty soup and generous portions. And then it's better.
Nice big serve of Ramen, good price and decent taste. Good for quick lunch stop over (:
Simple ramen in a food court but damn is the soup good. Great value, tasty pork and well made noodles. Would prefer a nicer location.
Get a super mega ramen + extra noodles and share with your mate.
Super Mega Ramen!! Don't bother ordering anything else.
Tonkatsu ramen is excellent. Like drinking pork. Queues up at lunch
I recommend Shoyu Ramen highly!!
This is inside the food court!
The soup stock is really really thick, which is great if you like that kind of soup. Otherwise be prepared to drink a lot of watet.
This was a good ramen, but I wasn't sure about the texture of the broth... A little gelatinous for my liking.
11:30am for first dibs on their super thick ramen with pork rib. The egg, pork belly, noodles, soup were delicious. The giant pork rib was not as moist as I would have liked. Worth $25 to try.
Note to self: garlic tonkutsu ramen - super thick oily soup base. Try something else next time..
Small portions of chili pickled cabbage are $1
Hands down the best ramen in Sydney.
Authentic tonkatsu. Not for the faint of heart
Not just about the ramen. If you can, try the special rice. It's like a treasure hunt.
Arguably the best ramen in Sydney
All the reviews are right... arguably the best Ramen in Sydney
For more carbs, order extra noodles (kaedama)
Number one and number three yummy! BBQ and Garlic!!
Instead of buying 2 bowls of ramen get extra ramen for $3.50!
The ramen are not quick.
Come before 3 and after 5 to experience tonkatsu noodle goodness!
The best ramen experience in Sydney. Unfortunately it's overflowed with hipsters thinking its cool to eat in a dingey place like eating world but oh well.
Best ramen in Sydney. My favourite is the tonkotsu ramen. Ask them to make it less salty.
Go for the garlic tonkotsu ramen, and if you're feeling extra greedy, order an accompanying side of "all toppings" which will likely take care of both your lunch and dinner calorie intake.
Don't freak out, they've only moved two shops to the left.
Try the tomato tonkotsu for a bit of tanginess to accompany the rich, thick soup. And don't forget a soft-boiled egg!
The best Ramen ever. Get the garlic tonkotsu with the chilli ball

Easily best broth around. Make it super healthy by asking for no noodles.
Try the BBQ Grilled Pork Skewers
Try the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen
Best tonkotsu ramen I've had. However, they don't serve between 3PM and 5PM
