    Long queue during lunch hour. Thick soup might be too thick for some, you might need to ask for light soup and less salty. After 3pm, no thick soup base available as they removed all bones.

    Often touted as the best ramen in Sydney, their tonkotsu has a thick pork broth. Not quite my taste, but it might be yours, so definitely worth trying.

    Where saintly, pious tonkotsu ramen go when they die. You can ask to toned own the broth's thickness/salt if you want. Good street-food feel.

    If this is your first time here, get one of the lighter base soups like hakata ramen. This place is not like any other ramen places in Sydney - the soup is amazing, msg free and very rich! Tonkotsu :)

    The soup stock is really really thick, which is great if you like that kind of soup. Otherwise be prepared to drink a lot of watet.

    11:30am for first dibs on their super thick ramen with pork rib. The egg, pork belly, noodles, soup were delicious. The giant pork rib was not as moist as I would have liked. Worth $25 to try.

    Go for the garlic tonkotsu ramen, and if you're feeling extra greedy, order an accompanying side of "all toppings" which will likely take care of both your lunch and dinner calorie intake.

    If you like your soup less thick, go after 3pm when they stop adding more bones. Otherwise enjoy it, in the original & best way with lots of garlic! Oh & the gyoza are pretty damn good too.

    Try the tonkotsu pork spare rib noodle ramen, it's heavenly, the place claims to only prepare so much in a day!! Creamy egg, beautiful, full-of-flavour broth, crispy spare rib and flavourful noodle!

    very very authentic japanese ramen. they didnt put any msg in it so it might be a litlle tasteless. but they have the sauce (i think it's garlic sauce) and when you put it in, it just taste soo goood.

    The Special Pork Ribs Ramen (only 10 made each day) has a very hearty and heavy stock. The Pork has loads of flavour (read: tasty fat) which you feel guilty about afterwards
