    Long queue during lunch hour. Thick soup might be too thick for some, you might need to ask for light soup and less salty. After 3pm, no thick soup base available as they removed all bones.

    Often touted as the best ramen in Sydney, their tonkotsu has a thick pork broth. Not quite my taste, but it might be yours, so definitely worth trying.

    In a food court. Tonkatsu is really thick and savory. Not good if you have a hangover as you will quickly be overwhelmed.

    Dudes, the special rice is out of control. Pork, egg, pickled veg hiding under sticky moist rice. Ramen awesome, special rice a hidden delight

    Where saintly, pious tonkotsu ramen go when they die. You can ask to toned own the broth's thickness/salt if you want. Good street-food feel.

    If this is your first time here, get one of the lighter base soups like hakata ramen. This place is not like any other ramen places in Sydney - the soup is amazing, msg free and very rich! Tonkotsu :)

    Simple ramen in a food court but damn is the soup good. Great value, tasty pork and well made noodles. Would prefer a nicer location.

    The soup stock is really really thick, which is great if you like that kind of soup. Otherwise be prepared to drink a lot of watet.

    This was a good ramen, but I wasn't sure about the texture of the broth... A little gelatinous for my liking.

    11:30am for first dibs on their super thick ramen with pork rib. The egg, pork belly, noodles, soup were delicious. The giant pork rib was not as moist as I would have liked. Worth $25 to try.

    Go for the garlic tonkotsu ramen, and if you're feeling extra greedy, order an accompanying side of "all toppings" which will likely take care of both your lunch and dinner calorie intake.

    Try the tomato tonkotsu for a bit of tanginess to accompany the rich, thick soup. And don't forget a soft-boiled egg!
