Lobster Rolls, sushi, cinnamon rolls, organic coffee, Mexican food, fresh smoothies.... And off course fresh herbes and the best local fruit and vegetables.

Great place to savour local Nova Scotia food. But don't go there during the week. Only a few stalls are open. Saturday is best.

The absolute best thing to do on a saturday morning in halifax. The french bread is so amazing (and also worth the wait!)
