    You might as well drive into Hali and test out your liver at split crow on a Wednesday or Thursday night( 9-10 power hour) or go at 1 on Saturday afternoon power starts at 430 get nice and buckled

    Do not plan on sleeping on the benches here, they have separating thingy between them. That being said, it's clean, there's free wifi, and you can easily find power outlets. Awesome airport

    Hungry? Eat at the Chickenburger BEFORE you go through security. It's super awesome and actually an authentic Halifax thing. I recommend: chicken burger with mayo and fried onions and a coke.

    An excellent airport, but the new luggage drop-off system that requires you to get your bags into the scanner yourself after the ground staff clear it, feels like a duplication of effort!

    Free Wifi...If you're traveling to the US eat BEFORE you go through security/customs...there's only one little cafe after you go through. Starbucks in the domestic departure area.

    US departure section has nothing in it - just a crappy coffee shop. Go through customs as late as you can. Chicago and Philly flight often delayed/cancelled, check online before leaving home

    If you have your truck/car dropped off during the day for your late or early AM arrival, make sure the car/truck is put in daily parking spots not hourly. It will be costly at 03:00 AM pickup

    Get to the security section ahead of time. Long line-up will be expected. You might encounter alot of passengers who got priority lane that gets into your lane... ggrrr!

    You put your own baggage on the conveyor here; make sure to put soft bags in a bin. Legends right by Gate 18 has an awesome lobster roll.

    Great neck & back massage by gate 16. They also do feet massage. 10$ for 10 mins, then 5$/5mins. Very relaxing before a flight :-)

    US departure has a small Tim Hortons kiosk for fresh coffee before take off. There's also a nice restaurant with delicious breakfast.

    Unfortunately, no UBER service yet...but even with the $60 taxi one/ charge to offsite Enterprise...it is much cheaper to rent a car vs at the airport.
