On the updated menu, its rolls now share the spotlight with dishes like salmon crudo and washugyu tataki (with thyme and wasabi). Miss the full roll-odex? Ask a server for the original 60-deep menu.

This place is absolutely amazing. The beacon and the fox hand rolls are probably the best I've ever had. The DJ spider cut roll was also fantastic.

With a new sushi chef Yoya Takahashi at the helm of the omakase counter, the level of sushi gets a major upgrade from the more roll-centric offerings on the menu (that are popular with celebrities).

The Hemmat roll was the best!

Sea urchin topped with fried yuba (tofu skin) for a little crunch, or request an omakase meal (chef’s choice) and let Takahashi know about your sea urchin fetish.

Great sushi, imaginative rolls named after celebs who frequent. Try the one named after Charlize Theron. To die for! It can be annoying since some go there to see and be seen.
