The service was great, but there were no other customers inside. The menu wasn't too impressive, but they had chicken livers, which I always enjoy.

I didn't like the falafel and the meatloaf was too heavy on my stomach. I liked the mac'n'cheese but that's about it. Service was good, funny waiter, atmosphere lacking. It's just a basic deli/diner

You want the salt beef, you should take out a second mortgage. But still I love coming here to overeat, complain and watch old women fist-fight over parking spaces. Read more

Not the finest but very satisfying coming from the continent where this food has disappeared. Preferred the gefilte fish, pickles and lochsen pudding. Not too impressed by the liver nor kreplach.

If you like pickles but don't know what your favourite is, ask for a cucumber mixed plate (not on the menu) that way you can try them all and figure out what you like best

What's not to like about chicken noodle soup, even if the magical healing properties of this "Jewish penicillin" have been exaggerated? A bowl of chicken noodle soup (£4.95), extra noodles (75p). Read more
