Harvey Nichols is the ultimate destination for fashion, beauty, food and dining.
The luxury department store began life in 1813 as a linen shop run by Benjamin Harvey from a terraced house. His daughter married Colonel Nichols in 1820, an expert in oriental rugs and silks.
Pick up an Alexander McQueen scarf or the latest from L 'Wren Scott at this department store, where eight floors of designer duds inspire shoppers (like Keith Urban!) to dig deep into their pockets.
Chateau Rouge Teas on sale in the food hall on the 5th floor. Great also for lunch and beat the crowds on busy weekends. Try the champagne bar - not to be missed!
The staff are absolutely disrespectful. the customer service is worse than it should be. They Blame their mistakes on the customer. By far one of the worst staff compared to other department stores.
Top floor cafe a throwback from 1994 with grease from the open air kitchen lingering in the air . Windows often look as completed by first year art school interns
Surprisingly, somewhat more pompous staff than harrods on the the busier floors downstairs. A bit more stuffy and compact then I would like when shopping.
Amazing place to go to. The jewelry section is worth a visit definitely. In my last visit I discovered a new found love for Shay and Blue
Danielle from the children's section is extremely helpful. She was very friendly & she made our experience easier than ever before ❤️
I 💜 Harvey Nics! Certainly my fav department store in London. It has all the best shops & the 'exclusive' nature of all the good London department stores. Glam! Girls you'll get treated as princesses
Gah, amazing. The sales are great and the 5th floor is brilliant. Great bar, food, clothes. Always fun for a quick browse.
Checked in and loaded £25 to my American Express for a rebate. Spent £100 and AMEX/Foursquare say I didn't hit "load to card" which I did. DO NOT TRUST THEM, forget the offer.
Couple of friends work here. Everyone be sure to make their jobs hard and be the most difficult customers possible! lol.
Very baby unfriendly. Avoid if you have a pram as the lifts are slow & only baby change facilities are on 5th floor.
AMEX thing didn't work at Liberty and customer services were no help. Nothing to do with us, they said. Phoned AMEX and they agreed to give ke credit. Such a runaround. Pissed off
Perfect shopping destination for classic English style shoes engineered and designed by a renowned shoemaker.
Amazing luxury department store with 8 floors to indulge into the most glamorous shopping experience.
Try the champagne bar on the top floor. If you're rich and good looking that is...
Wine selection is quite good, though I was unable to find any Demi-sec champagne. Overpriced as well
"Memo" candles & the best scarf selection. Love Fifth Floor restaurant with its Harvest Pie.
Big and nice. You can spend you're whole afternoon here without getting bored.
Didn’t like the clothes. But the people shopping and working there are very interesting …
The counters are quite close to each other >.< just be careful when you move around!
The food market on the top floor is a must visit spot.

It´s realy a good retail shop, you must visit it.
A great collection of mens graphic t shirts downstairs.
Wraps from the kitchen at the top are so tasty and good price!
The Amex sync special isn't working. Very poor indeed and perhaps convenient given as today is the last day!
Wagamama in the basement and burger and lobster at the 5th floor. What could go wrong?
The new fourth floor is the best thing that has happened to this place in ages.
Try Pinot Gris, Innocent Bystander, one of the best White Wines!
There is a secret humidor in wine section 5th floor...
Today's sea bream was delicious over a bed of kale that was amazingly sweet.
Ask for Vikki - she's so friendly & helpful!
Best pasta ever ! The red and black box is from Gragnano
