The facility is huge but lacks a large weight room. Get their mid day if you plan to do a circuit.

Try river fitness! It is harder than you would think!
The zumba classes are tons of fun!

The medicine balls are upstairs off of track, next to the basketball court. Nice little ab workout nook.
