Sign up for the Activtrax! It's totally Awesome... this tells you the machines/exercises to do, how many reps, and at what weights. For those of us not just Knowing how to exercise correctly ; p
The facility is huge but lacks a large weight room. Get their mid day if you plan to do a circuit.
The medicine balls are upstairs off of track, next to the basketball court. Nice little ab workout nook.
