Three words: Foie. Gras. Parfait.
Excellent bar, definitely should try "The Mistress" drink. 🍸
The best brunch ever ... Will do it every Xmas.
Good mixologists at the bar. Gallery Steps was a perfectly balanced cocktail with earl grey infused Beefeater & Laphroiag Quarter Cask.
The hamachi dish is to die for. One of the best-composed dishes I've ever had.
Best Burger I've ever had, amazing cocktails & great staff.
Foodie heaven-- try the cauliflower dish, tuna tar tar, cheese platter, and sablefish. Pro-tip: don't order off the drink menu. Ask them to surprise you-- you'll be pleased!
Try their tasting menu paired with wine. It's phenomenal.
The burger is the best I've ever had
Amazing... had the sturgeon and tuna tataki... best restaurant in Vancouver.. at least for now.

Make resos for lunch on OpenTable cuz they are busy. Even turning away guests from the lounge.

Elegant decor, superb service and amazing food & cocktail.
The best burger. Excellent brunch
For appys: ask for the Tuna ceviche. If all else fails, the Scallops still take the cake!
Stay away from tasting menu, bland, small and not nearly as well thought out as the a la carte menu
Get the Jugle Pork Curry
The tables in the second room, by the Rodney Graham panel, are less noisy.
My favorite restaurant in Vancouver! Try the Sablefish + the excellent cocktails (ask for a custom one and get ready for the bartender to make magic in a glass!).
Got the devil drink. Went down smooth. but an hour later i realized how it got its name.
Try "The English." It's got everything: eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, hash browns and beans. Delicious and very filling.
