The Hayward Gallery was opened by Her Majesty The Queen in 1968. It is an outstanding example of sixties brutalist architecture and is one of the few remaining buildings of this style.

Book tickets for the Light Show online, the queue was huge on Sunday morning for 'on the door'. Well worth a visit, you will never look at your light bulbs in the same way again!
