The "Variety Burger" is a medium-rare patty made from a coarse grind of brisket, chuck, heart, and liver. It's served with sweet potato wedge fries (heresy!) and without a bun (hiss!). ★★★

definitely order the gnocchi, burger, and pork milanese if they're on the menu. it's a somewhat meat-heavy menu that still feels very light

Gnocchi, meatballs and cod are very well-cooked, but the menu is on the pricier side

A *not* boring menu with a little bit of something for all. Pasta, Meat, Vegetables, Fish! Everything is good but it didn't hit the 'great' for me!

Dark and rustic vibe. The food is great, especially the gnocchi which literally melts in your mouth. Get the bone marrow, lamb tongue (very tender) and cauliflower as well!

The gnocchi is to die for, broth, rigatoni were great. Try the pear salad and the garlic bread apps! Pass on the Japanese sweet potato salad, octopus. If you have room for dessert - chocolate pudding!

So consistent, so delicious. Sit at the counter and watch their perfectly professional and talented chefs up close! Have been going for over 10 years and have never had a bad dish.

It's not on the menu, but their cacio e pepe is one of the best I've had. And the Tuscan seafood stew is served over bread, has a divinely cooked piece of snapper, and is a savory bowl of heaven.

Bone marrow here steals the show. Sitting at the bar is by far the best experience with a great view of the kitchen.

Fantastic Food all around! Had the tasting menu and enjoyed every part. My only complaint was that I wanted more pasta at the end, so it wood have been better to order directly from the menu!

Nothing too special about the food (which are overly salty I think), but good dining environment and service. Prepare for an average 60-80 dollars per person

Menu redesign is A++. Such a delicious dinner - Bone marrow turmeric broth, bread with lardo & butter, gigante beans, clams, and a prolific wine list. Going on my rotation!

    Been here 5+ times
I... miss the old Hearth menu. There, I said it. Gnocchi is still timeless, but most of the new dishes could use work - ribollita looked like baby food, bread was disappointing, portions minuscule.
