Take a semester long group fitness class. They offer a variety of workouts such as Zumba, Spinning & Yoga payable with MU cash! Check the bulletin boards for free classes usually offered on Fridays.
Don't forget about the "Underground": Racquetball courts converted to hold ellipticals & treadmills. They're usually less crowded than upstairs, if you can stand having just two TVs to pick from.
Swimming, tennis, racquetball, basketball, weights, cardio, classes and more. My favorite is the rowing machine.

The intramural games are a blast to play at the Rec. There are many cardio machines that allow you to workout at your convenience. If you want that Spring Break/summer look, go to the rec!
The cardio rooms downstairs are a great place to work out because they have the best TV selection. I always watch Bravo while working out. The rooms tend to get a little hot though.
Stop by for a men's or women's tennis match sometime! Sometimes they even give out free Marquette Tennis t-shirts before the matches.
If you want a study break or just want to get in shape or play intramural sports, this is the place. Every sport imaginable right in the center of campus. Beware: 3-6pm on weekdays are PACKED.
Steer clear of the Rec around the hours of 3:00-7:00 to avoid the crowds and chaos. Would be great to have a bigger space, Marquette!
Located next to the engineering building, this indoor fitness facility is the perfect place to break a sweat at in between classes. Wouldn't it be nice to loose weight instead of gain the freshman 15?
The tredmills on the second floor are higher quality than those in the basement. However, if you go to the rec in the late afternoon, most of the machines on the second floor will be taken.
Try a Free Friday class this week! Spin with Hope is the best workout ever!
Great place to workout! Also you can rent badminton rackets/ nets for free, which is really fun to do with some friends!
Get involved in intramurals! They're free and lots of fun. Choose from many options including sand volleyball, volleyball, football, soccer, futsal, badminton, tennis, kickball, basketball etc
