The downstairs space, affectionately known as "The Dot," may be tiny, but a lot of magic happens there. (Ladies, definitely use the Paula Vogel toilet.)
Lovely bright modern space w/ downstairs theater space (no elevator). Great lounge w/fresh coffee.
