    Left a tip in feb 2013 about horrible service at Hertz - I've rented from Avis roughly 70 times since then. Avis in Memphis just upgraded me to BMW 528i. Not missing Hertz at all...

    There always seem to be limited cars for Gold Service and I wonder if I'm really getting an upgrade based on my status. Be prepared for long lines to check out to leave.

    This location has a new expanded gold service area. This means based on size of car reserved you can pick any car from a certain area. Possible additional charge for Never Lost.

    Be ready to walk to the rental car area from the terminal. Brutal in summer heat too. Takes 10 minutes minimum if you're not in a hurry.

    After almost an hour they finally got me a car. Now waiting to exit and the line is 20+ cars. Hertz President Club means NOTHING. Will take about 75 mins to leave with the car.

    70+ Hertz #1 Gold customers waiting in line to get a car tonight. Over an hour wait for a car and no explanation. Bad service not like usual Hertz service.

    On top of slow service, they charged crazy mileage amount and refused to change it. Rental agreement had unlimited miles. Why am I Gold? Goodbye Hertz - hello Avis! #avis

    Get ready for a hike. The car rental facility is three country miles from the terminal.
