    Painful. Told us which lot to grab the car from, right make and model but wrong license plate. We got downgraded when they "fixed" it for us. How kind of them.

    They "upgraded" me to a muscly sportscar, but I asked to be downgraded to a practical/ fuel efficient vehicle. I appreciate the gesture, but would've rather had those 45 minutes back in my day.

    1. Never ever take their insurance, buy your own. 2. Never ever buy their 'prepaid gas, return empty, sounded good but it's a trick. They charged 45 dollars+tax when i filled up 35 only from empty

    I have never waited in line. Get gold, make sure your CC is on file, go directly to your car. Also, don't wait for receipt, walk away and get it online.

    We made a reservation but still need to wait over one hour. If you want to rent car here, you can reconsider about it.

    Gold Member service is good, but it's a huge operation & you might have to walk a bit. Rental Car Center Garage 1st floor

    Avoid Hertz!! endless lines... and car reserved and prepaid not available, still waiting.... Expect to loose several hours.

    Can't believe there's more than 20 people in line and there is only 2 reps to help check in. On top of that, they are saying they are waiting on cars! What happened to planning ahead! Poor management!

    As a gold member, renting a car is without wait here. You just find your name on the signboard and pick the car up. Unfortunately for Prestige Collection, you have to wait in long line.

    Customer care has a very low priority, judging by the two staff dealing with more than 200 queueing customers. Shameful!

    There is no wonder why this was the least expensive on Hotwire. Longest line - with less than 50% staff to handle and cars are not even ready. A 2-hr escapade at airport to get out of here w a car

    Hertz seems to be the only company with a line when I am here. I am sure you can get a perfectly good car @ National, Budget, etc.
