People tend to check in during these times:
Meh, not really worth the stop...
Ginger sauce is legit
Not bad although the meat was a little suspect. Food truck or not it's still street meat.
Eh. Great in theory but lacking on the execution (and flavor). Veggies = just onions, Fried rice = basically plain white rice. Yum yum sauce = I'd give it a single yum.
Skip it not very good. Nothing really like hibachi at all
Nothing heavenly about it...
Everything was great until I found meat in the middle of my vegetarian order. PUKE.
Don't eat here. Chicken is bland. Veggies are overcooked. Rice isn't warm or fried. Yum yum sauce tastes like JUST mayo.
The shrimp I was served were not de-veined, if that's something you're particular about.
Just okay, not really worth $10.
Just another unsatisfied customer. Mealy, overcooked shrimp that weren't de-veined. Overcooked brown rice. Limp, seemingly steamed veggies. Does NOT resemble real Hibachi AT ALL. Stay far, far away.
yum yum AND ginger sauce is where it's at ..
Not as bad as some make it out be.
Eat at your own risk. Heavy on soy sauce and oil. Made me feel terrible all day after eating.

The beef with fried rice and veggies is awesome! Get it with the ginger sauce.
Beef & shrimp (both overcooked, but edible), fried rice & vegetables (both good), wasabi mayo (needs more kick) & yum-yum sauce (should ask for extra). Plenty of room for improvement, but I'd go back.
Meat is way overcooked and the sauce is awful.
The yum yum sauce was good, but the rice was not cooked! I had really high hopes for this truck. :/
Chicken was dry and fried rice was hard and practically uncooked. Tasty vegetables and flavor, but uncooked rice is unacceptable
Similar to other reviewers, meat was also overcooked for me (chicken bowl). Fried rice was also a little dry. Sauce was good, but there are better food truck options out there.
skip this. meat is overcooked, brown rice is sticky, yum yum sauce is thick flavored mayo.
Fried rice tends to be a little salty, but the meats are pretty solid.
Good combination but not true hibachi. Beef overcooked.
