People tend to check in during these times:
Wear some comfy walking shoes as this place has a lot indoors and outdoors to see.
Great for the whole family
This place is 50% airplanes and 50% little kids running around and screaming.
Open every day except New years, Christmas and Thanksgiving. 9 to 4:30.
The tour guides are very knowledgable. And it's free. Be nice and donate!
Loved watching the airplanes and learning about their history. Also, LOVED those antique pilot goggle and aviator hats exhibition.
Home of former YF-12, serial number 60-6934. This YF-12 was damaged when is crashed in1963. It was later rechristened at the only SR-71C, serial number 61-7981. Quite the story that goes with this one
Bring a lunch and eat outside on the picnic tables before or after taking a tour. We loved it. (Food and drinks not allowed inside the museum)
