Check-in for a back of house look at the world's most famous hotel brand.
Go to the 46th floor, Terrace 1, for phenomenal view of the city.
Walk out the front door. Turn right. Go 2 blocks to Cako Bakery for cupcakes at 211 O'Farrell. Go for the red velvet!
Tower 2 is the place to stay
Get a room with a balcony and city view...view is outstanding! Can see Coit Tower to AT & T Park.
Nice hotel but there's no fridge in the room unless you pay $15. Meanwhile, there's a fridge for the mini bar, stuffed with seriously overpriced snacks & drinks. Also no free wifi. Come on Hilton!
Ask the front desk for a bottle of water. Way cheaper than the room minibar!
Check into hotel.
Welcome to Inman Connect! Our tip: The lobby is the place to be. The columns have power outlets and the WiFi is free.
Definitely tower 2 is the place.
Go to the 16th floor deck and hang out at the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, excellent for an afternoon of relaxation.
The lobby has free wifi ... The columns have plugs ... Great for recharging phones & iPads
On June 18, Kristi Yamaguchi and an all-star cast of dancers throw a one-night-only extravaganza for the Always Dream Foundation. Relish a reception with the "Dancing With The Stars" cast (and more).
Talk about getting nicle and dimed.
If you like Indian food Naan n curry is across the street. Great food and open all night.
Half block away on Mason St is a Lori's Diner. Great food and 24-hrs!
Splurge and take a town car back to the airport. Only $40 which is abt what taxi costs. Go to doormen on O'Farrell St entrance
Make sure you check out the tie that Todd Carpenter is wearing today. Very 'Professional' #icsf
Don't take the Gold Card 'Complimentary Continental Breakfast' if you ACTUALLY want breakfast. Its a starbucks, apple and croissant, you line up with a thousand others and have to eat in the lobby!
Nice stay. Friendly staff. Lobby Starbucks charges big bucks. Walk a block down and save.
Good bedrooms, fine service. Try it!
Home of Inman News' Real Estate Connect SF July 10-12!
Great tip - take the black cars back to sfo. $40. On Taylor entrance.
optimus prime will pwn you!
Not sure why anyone stays in a Hilton, ever.
Free water, all you can drink... just turn on the tap in your bathroom. This is a hotel, not a resort. If you want good prices and friendly service, go outside and find them. You're in San Francisco!
It is a big hotel but it's location is perfect.333 O'Farrell StreetPhone: (+1) 415 771 1400http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/SFOFHHH-Hilton-San-Francisco-California/index.do Read more

Award for fitting every bathroom fixture into smallest possible amount of space! HUGE room, postage stamp of a bathroom!
if you're looking for a bottle of alcohol, skip "Fred's" and go a block up Mason St to "International House" ... bottles are $10 cheaper.
Urban Tavern is great for lunch. Fresh local organic ingredients. Try the ham and egg sandwich with chips.
Lots of outlets and free wifi in the lobby.
Agreed - Tower Two.
Nice place to stay. Ppl usually forget to close the curtains when their changing.
I've given up on using the gym in the mornings. It is normally packed. Especially when a convention is at the hotel. I go street running instead.
Do not eat at the urban cafe unless you have a company's account if you walk out of the premises to your right ( Powell st ) you will found good places and half of the price enjoy your stay
Just steps from storied SF neighborhoods, stay here and you’ll be at the center of it all. If you're looking to get some work done, rooms come with a work desk. FYI - free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby.
Town car to airport great option .. $40 makes of smart opting too
There is still no executive lounge for gold or diamond members! For the price it charges and how busy the hotel is, there is no excuse for not having a real lounge!
Awesome hotel but Urban Tavern is ridic pricey. $75 for breakfast for two--who are they kidding?
If you want to work out in the morning, get there as soon as it opens at 5, because all the machines are occupied in within 20 minutes.
Even if you don't have a car, be sure to check out the parking garage entrance. A typically boring space has been made very cool, and it's worth the few extra minutes to see it.
A lot of the rooms offer a great view of San Fran!
Cool oracle javaone event in Hilton and Moscone center. A lot of people, cool dishes and nice environment
The lobby has great docking stations although you won't get much work done because the people watching is off the hook!
Ask for a room in Tower 3. Beautiful refurbished rooms.
Tear up the bathroom in the lobby, the smell of bleach hides your dirty deeds...and keeps it out of your room!
The old Assistant Director of F&B here was fucking amazing. Enjoy.
urban tavern fancier than necessary the hotel is conveniently located @ union square
Patti at the concierge desk is great! She will make sure to get you the best deals on tours and recommend really good food places! Very helpful! If only I could take her home to Mexico with me!
