The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is right in the heart of downtown San Francisco. This sophisticated and stylish hotel offers easy access to Chinatown, Nob Hill and fantastic entertainment, shopping and dining at Union Square...
Good big modern rooms. Bad breakfast unless you're diamond. Hotel is too busy and the check in queue is awful. Stay in the financial district Hilton instead!
No internet for a 650euro room.
2nd Floor 5 Star Sport Bar... Awesome!!!
SHITTIEST check in EVER!! Be ready to wait in line for over 45 minutes!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!
For the prices they are asking the service levels need to improve. Ask for tower 1 but not super close to city scape (above 30th floor but below maybe 44). Renovations of lobby messing with services
While renovations are underway, dining is open on 47th floor. Great view. Among SF's best.
Much needed renovations underway July 2015 until ?? make the lobby a mess.
A necessary evil if you attend Causal Connect.
Perfect event venue <3
Great pool and hot tub deck!
Bathrooms are shabby but always accessible. And taking a leak in the TL can be a challenge.
AC is stuck at 21, not cold enough during summer days!
There is another Starbucks just down the street if the one in the lobby here gets too crowded.
Not the best Hilton property amongst their portfolio for the price point. Get the high floors with the bay view. Also carry bottles of water since they do not keep them in your room.
It's the largest hotel on the West coast! Parking sucks and is pretty expensive, so I recommend taking public transit to get here.
The cops/pigs outside are outrageous. Threatened to kick me out of the hotel tonight. Once I asked why the short pig was a belligerent asshole he backed off quickly. He was looking for a fight. #loser
If you are looking for risky fun, there's a lot of prostitutes offering their services at the hotel door. #fail
The new urban contemporary rooms are absolutely tiny! Come on Hilton!
Rooms are decent and so is location but the breakfast buffet is steep ($29) plus 15% gratuity on ALL checks. Walk a block or two and save! Probably the case with all San Fran hotels though.
Location is perfect
they charge for parcels
One of worst services ever in my all international stay..
I strongly do not reccomend this hotel. Wi-Fi is expensive, the staff are confuse. They sent a security agent in my room saying that my reservation is over, after that they apologized me.
A great space for an awesome charity event! All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
"No upgrade available" for Hhonors Gold status despite calling ahead and asking. 5 nites in a small boxy room😕
Very nice, if a little dated on some floors. Very nice staff and an outdoor pool and spa.
Park in another garage to save $$$
Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants.
No locks on the bathroom and no free internet. Come on! It's 2014
Lobby is just a giant Starbucks. And the only place for free wifi in this bloated hotel...
good gym, various machines and dumbbells available. but no squat lack, so not for the legs days.
The breakfast buffet included in our family rate was worth it. But free wifi in the rooms would be a welcome addition in these times.
Nice area but noisy in the night
Quick walk to Union Square. Great city views.
Prefer parking across the street at Mason O'Farrell Garage, it's cheaper. Long queues at the Starbucks in the lobby for breakfasts (you can use your breakfast tickets there).
Concierge has a boarding pass printing kiosk and is very helpful teaching public transportation 101.
Great location - everything is close!
The lobby looks like 90's. But the rooms are modern and comfortable.
Customer service is great!!
I think I'll stay here
Connect to hhonors to get free wifi in the lobby. You'll need to be a gold or diamond HHonors member to get complimentary in-room wifi though.
Home to several conferences and conventions, including JavaOne, this Hotel has many amenities. Fantastic access to local landmarks, great restaurants, huge lobby for impromptu meetings, luxury rooms.
next to Hilton around on Market St. "Coffee beans& Tea leafs" excellent w/ facility.
Try to get a room on the higher floor in tower 1. They have excellent views of the downtown and the Bay
Service un polite , u deserve a star for location other than that ur starbucks is over priced ,network is baaaaaad beyond bad ,unfriendly staff the one good person who was nice is gwadalopi
Ask for a room in Tower 1 that is an even number on a high floor beginning with 70 ie. 1-3370, you will get an amazing view of downtown, the water, and AT&T Park!
Outdated and huge. With lots of drunk and weird people.
Cafe mason across the street has great breakfast!
