Don't try the non hog/rocks items. Here's our half eaten beets (tasted like kelp) and wings (tasted like sawdusts. Don't come for the atmosphere either, the Van Halen and football on TV won't impress.

They had us at Ham and Oyster Bar. Start with the Ham Tasting (We LOVE Edwards Virginia Ham!) with the Sherry. Then suck back some fresh oysters while sipping your way through the cocktail menu.

I was making an omelette this morning and licked egg yolk off the spatula. Then I remembered their egg yolk battered fries. We might not have poutine but they're a god damn tasty alternative.

Oysters, cocktails, prosciutto platter and bone marrow are good. Service could use some help (staff are nice, but we were given a plate of half-eaten tots & they didn't take it off the bill).

Heirloom tomato salad has the perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, and saltiness. Fried chicken here is incredibly juicy and boneless. And the bone marrow... Get it!
