Everything is fine...all the staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Main concern is the water from the shower is trickling. Pls don't save on water by going green.

The Gloucester Road tube station is nearby, and the Natural History Museum and is also walking distance. Ask advice from the staff, they're very friendly.

It gets hot in the room even if you set it to the lowest temperature. You have to call to get complimentary stuff like room and bth amenities. Will think twice before recommending to others.

Although they have Friendly Staffs & Nice Rooms 👍 But the Hotel's "Wifi" is too Expensive, more so when certain rooms, the Connectivity is unstable, it Disconnects from Time to Time 😣 3.8/5 Stars🌟

If you get a good, cheap deal on your room rate, dont hesitate to stay there. The hotel is a lot better than you think and what people are saying ! Dont expect luxury but a clean, well serviced room!

Very near the tube station. Decent buffet breakfast, but the menu is the same everyday. Wifi is expensive. No complimentary bottled water, toothbrush nor toothpaste. No safe boxes. Pillows are thin

The rooms are positively okay, the breakfast too, but the overall Service is not good. We did not received new toilet paper, which caused some slight trouble, and the checkout was a nightmare.

Stay away from The Tavern. On our second to last night, I wanted to enjoy fish & chips one last time, and it's the worst I'd ever had.Who leaves skin on Fish & Chips?! Mushy peas tasted out of a box.

Internet is neither included, nor cheap. Factor it into your daily room cost as about £10 for 3 or more days.

Average hotel but better than the one in Dubai. Standard rooms are small and Internet is not free. Upgrade to executive if you can (+25GBP). Room service is good and food is tasty (but not excellent).

The bar is like a pub but not quite the same, not bad though, normal London prices. £4.20 for a pint of lager.
