Best 'wiches in town. Friendly, vaguely-hipster-ish staff who always seem to be in a good mood. It's nice when the staff appears to enjoy their job. Also, free WiFi.

Waited half an hour for them to make the sandwich and they still screwed it up. A lot of activity behind the counter, but not a lot of food coming out of there.
