Beautiful historical building with quaint rooms and comfy beds. A truly rich hotel in the French Quarter

The shampoo looks a lot like the hand lotion. They are not interchangeable.

Poorly maintained old hotel. "New" antiques, NO wifi, rats by the pool, threadbare towels and poor bedding - just two flat sheets with a velour blanket. Have stayed in much better just blocks away.

It's great being close to Bourbon St without the noise! Also, the decor of this hotel really makes you feel like you traveled back in time!

Had a fantastic time here. Like other comments, close enough to the action but far enough to get a good night sleep.

Perfect place, near Bourbon but far enough away. Definitely has the feel of old New Orleans while still being clean. Would stay here again.

Haunted. Had a ghostly experience in my room! It was amazing, not frightening. Room 404. Great hotel though!

Moody staff that is bot very forthcoming. Yet the hotel is very charming with a courtyard pool. Best feature though is that it is near Bourbon street yet is very quiet!

Great hotel. Breakfast stinks (go to Cafe Du Monde instead). Most important hotel quality grade - water pressure: B. Within walking distance of everything. Free wi-fi though weak signal. Overall great

Do yourself a favor and hit Cafe Du Monde for beignets instead of eating the hotel's continental breakfast. We know you went there at 3am... go again. Read more

Vending machine drinks are $2, and do yourself a favor and hit Cafe Du Monde for beignets instead of eating hotel's continental breakfast.

If you booked a regular room, it's $20 extra per night for an inner courtyard, $40 for an outward-facing one.
