If you have a dslr, go to the photo area and ask for Brian, and show him what kind of camera you have. Ask him what settings you would recommend when shooting in the cave.

For those who have never been to a cavern before, this is definitely a good intro to the cavern world. Enjoyed the entertaining historical intro and appreciated the hand-powered river ride!

Get here early & be the first group to take the tour. Bring a jacket or sweatshirt. Temp in the cave is 52. It's a walking tour. Not recommended for babies in strollers, wheelchairs & hard of walking

The building claims to be really old, but honestly it looks like something from Disneyland.

The boat ride is wild, and they shut the lights off for it. Watch for falling cave kisses!

It's busy during the school day but a lot of fun. Don't forget to bring a jacket or sweater, as the caverns are 52 degrees year round. The kids like the mining, so it's worth doing in lieu of the gift Read more
