Avoid this place. Expensive. No services. Trust me.
Nothing around but airport.
This is a very rowdy airport hotel. If you are looking for a more chill experience this isn't for you.
I travel a ton for work and lived here for a week. I'm also not too keen on "airport hotels" but this property broke the mold on that stereotype. It was an outstanding experience.
Great place to host events!
Don't ship things to this hotel, it gets forwarded to their Fedex which charges $10 to $25 to pick up. Here are the pickup charges if you really need it.
A bit of a hike from terminal C. You can also wait for the shuttle to get there from any terminal.
If you have a lot of heavy luggage take the shuttle. There are a lot of stairs to navigate before you get to the terminal through the parking structure.
The showers are weird. I think they tried to make a statement about design but it came at the cost of utility.
If you have an early flight you can have your diamond breakfast at the 24 hour Jett's Coffee Bar
Decent restaurants for an airport hotel
Nice, clean, updated rooms.
The Grapevine Shuttle takes you to the mall and other locations for $5 all day pass. This was convenient.
Bartender says "He's not a sports bar" when you request a tv change. Waitresses are very nice, though.
Very difficult to get to - ignore the GPS. Jesse is fabulous and got me through the construction and to the hotel.
Great food at the bar!!
Om Namah Shivaya... Dhani Dhana Laxmi gets a Kiss and two chocolate hugs from Maha Kali Ma
This was a really nice hotel and very accommodating to any special requests or anything you might need. The rooms were beautiful and I loved the Idock station
Attention Runners and Joggers! Enjoy our marked off track at the top of the parking garage to provide a great option to get some fresh air & exercise during your stay.
There are two Hyatt hotels at the airport: Hyatt Regency (terminal C) and the Grand Hyatt (terminal D). if someone says "I'll meet you at the Hyatt" be sure to ask them which one.
Really comfy bed!!!
Love this hotel. Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Pancakes are awesome!
During local sports games and Monday Night Football ACES Bar offers drink specials and discounted appetizers!
The sushi bar in the lobby Monday-Fridays is fantastic!!
Everyone is really friendly, shuttle staff to and from the airport are incredibly nice and friendly. Foods great but there's a 21% surcharge for room service with an extra $3/4.00 fee for delivery...
When traveling to the hotel and relying on GPS put "DFW Airport" as your destination. Once inside, turn it off and follow signage to Terminal C.
The Smathers Business Center is a great tool for anyone prepping for a meeting or event. With 24 hour access you can have access to copier and printer services, FedEx and even a notary!
LOVE this place! Beds are amazing! For the overall price, wifi should be free. The iPhone 4 won't work/charge on the ihome docks. Minor inconveniences.
This place sucks. Wifi was awful. It's hard to find with the GPS. You pay for parking. They don't tell you to take your ticket to the desk. Overpriced food. Ice machine was broken on 2 floors
Avoid unless you are in an emergency. Rooms are overpriced, and you can't look anywhere without seeing another attempt to up-charge you (still charging for wifi? $4 bottled water?)
Great location at Terminal D. Rooms are nice with big bathrooms, but two HUGE thumbs down: no free Wi-Fi or coffee maker in the room!
Our "Word of the Week" program lets you get FREE things while staying with us. Check out the app on Facebook for what you need to say.
If you do not want housekeeping waking you up at 8:30am on day of checkout (even if you have requested a later checkout) put your privacy tag out.
You can enjoy yoga in the privacy of your guest room! Just turn on the TV to try YogaAway. We’ll even provide a yoga mat if you didn’t pack yours; just contact our Guest Services team to get started.
If you love waking up to your music every morning, or forgot your phone charger, don't worry. With the iHome stereo system in every room next to the bed, you can dock your iPod/iPhone!
Rent a mini-fridge for $15.
Very nice and staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Halls smell a little mildewy. Going to check out breakfast in the am.
The shuttle folks are super nice.
Rooms are outdated and dark, windows creek and WiFi goes in and out all the time. Can't recommend this hotel.
Wifi is almost unusable from 5 pm til 10 pm. No wired Ethernet as option. Gym is very small for hotel this size.
The pizzas are amazing, really, must try!
Sleep n eat just relax for a sec. Ahhhh! Now that's good.
Come here to sleep in beds.
Best place to work and eat my fruit tarts upstairs at jets!
