North facing rooms have unobstructed view of Sarasota Bay. South facing rooms have obstructed views of the bay, and the marina and pool noise, but do get all day sun on the balconies.

The breakfast and WiFi aren't free and the TV isn't high def, but the rooms are very nice, the water pressure was strong, have good views, and the service was great. I'd stay here again.

5-star all around...Alla is wonderful, chef's butternut squash soup & salmon entree are exquisite-reminds me of dinners with my grandmother. Thank you to EVERY staff member for all you do...well done!

I'm a huge fan of Hyatt Hotels - the outside of the Hyatt in Sarasota doesn't look like much, but the inside is so beautiful and the service was Ritz style!

Great staff especially Margaret at the bar... If the courtesy van doesn't pick you up on time, call the hotel... They forgot us at Lido Beach!

The staff at this hotel are so nice! Don't hesitate to ask them for anything. They will be more than willing to help.
