Show up late if you want to avoid the longest lines. Last call is at 10:30. And definitely try a Flavor Concentration Booth. The combination of spicy ramen with ice cold Asahi was phenomenal.

Inconvenient to get to, a little pricier than the comp (especially w/ toppings), but it's simply the best bowl of ramen outside of Japan. Hype seems to have dyed down, no wait for lunch on a weekend

This is as close the US is going to get to an authentic Ichiran experience. It is around $10 more expensive here than in Japan, but we take credit cards. It also tastes very close to the Japan chain.

This ramen was NO JOKE! Simple yet customizable to your liking. Everything was incredible. And don't be turned off by the price - no tipping means the couple extra bucks is going to fair pay! Win/win!

One of the best ramen I have eaten so far in New York. Flavor concentration personal booths, customizable ramen, no tipping policy is a total experience! Strongly recommend.

The taste was very rich, and liked the firm noodles too. But no eggs until January. They are perfecting their cooking!

Don't let the haters deter you: this taste of Japan is worth every penny. 1/2 Kaedama at medium-firmness is the perfect extension.

Truly a taste of Tokyo here in NYC. I love the extra rich broth, but am sad there's no eggs. Pricey but tip is included.

Second best ramen in town after Ippudo by my standards. The place is huge, I think and hope they're looking to expand in other NYC location.

Go to that place not to only eat an amazing and deliiiiicuous ramen, but also for the authentic Japanese experience.

Pricey for a bowl of ramen that is just okay. And if you're looking for the delicious ramen egg, be disappointed. The recommended egg is hard boiled AND cost $3 😡

The broth here is amazing, one of the few where i said out loud "wow that's good" and drank every last drop. I don't normally do that at ramen joints.

Definitely use their signature solo booths, instead of the general area seating.

$18.90 no tipping policy. Still kind of pricey in my opinion but when you're craving it and can't hop on a plane to Japan it's worth it👊🏼

Savory and completely customizable ramen - but at a high price. Overall very glad to have this in the neighborhood!

A little pricy for ramen, but it's quite close to their shops in Japan. Plenty of table space and solo areas to eat.

It was great to finally come and try the "famous" Ramen...but at almost $20 a piece with add-ons...not worth it. NJ has better tasting Ramen!
  • Bjarke K.
Same great concept as in Japan except no machine ordering. Delicious, custom made ramen.

Tonkatsu egg (tea egg marinated in tonkatsu broth) is a must!

This place is like the Internet. You program your ramen, submit the form, the food loads up and you can't see the faces of the OP.

The price keeps me from turning this into a daily staple. Tasty, but I hope the owners realize how their price is affecting their ratings.

The best ramen in NY. I've tried Zundo-ya and Ippudo before.

Their ramen blows every other tonkotsu ramen in NYC out of the water. The hype is real. Pricey, though.

Way overpriced and not worth the trek. A bowl of ramen starts off at $18.90! Insane. It barely comes with any toppings and the add-ons are sub-par and $2.90 each! Their matcha tofu dessert is $9.90!

Cheat codes: Choose extra firm texture first, but get your kae dama firm. Skip the kikurage mushroom.

Ramen was good but overpriced. Drinks are even more over priced $9 for a pint of beer. Service was great and the atmosphere was authentic. I would recommend it, but I won't be a regular

Paying $18.90 for a bowl of ramen is too expensive for this Brooklyn location. You can find a good tonkotsu ramen in the city for much less.
