    Beef tataki is very soft and had great delicate taste that not too sour or salty. Love it.

    Yuzu miso Caesar salad got very unique taste, love the combination. Chicken is a bit salty though

    Fantastic fresh sushi! Although the pork belly with a touch of hot mustard was a highlight from the former iron chef.

    The best gyoza I've ever tasted, we had to order another plate. If you're game try the "snow cabin" sake slightly warmed.

    Great food. The gyu no tataki was spectacular and the tempura is as nice as I've had outside Japan

    Love the sashimi platter w/ whole fish. Can't get better than pulling flesh directly from the bones.

    Had no.2 Tapaz plate, Gyoza and Fire Roll and felt pretty noxious after meal. Not sure what it was but we both had same symptom.
