People tend to check in during these times:
Best place in San Diego to watch the fireworks of the 4th of July!
Every Friday: Imperial Beach Farmers Market!
So much good here -- hand made ice cream and great chia tea at Cow-a-Bunga -- hand made pretzels and excellent vegan soups at Pretzels & More -- Farmers Market every Friday -- very cool.
Friday's is farmers market day. Good selection of fresh fruits and veggies.
Great fish and chips. The Tin Fish Cafe is a bit pricy but decent food. Can't beat the view from the pier.
Head down towards the south end of the beach for less people...or stay next to the pier for better people watching. Oh and farmers market Friday afternoons.
Fun and beautiful
Waves are awesome!

This place is bursting at the seams with local flavor. Just a small little beach town mostly overlooked by tourists. Once we saw a woman with a big snake around her neck. Not the Coronado crowd here.
Fireworks was on point this year with my best chica and her fam!
go to cow a bunga and et the peanut butter brownie ice cream in a waffle cone you won't be disappointed
My favorite place to watch fireworks on 4th of July. Just look North and see tons of different shows!
Awesome place which really has to be checking out :)
Not very good for strollers... Let the munchkin walk with you!
Be careful with AT&T wireless service: phones are handed off to Mexico's Telcel all the time on the pier.
Watch out for all the anglers using flys, you will either get hooked or close to being hooked everyime you go there
