    I've worked here for 3 years since before the Library opened and it still amazes me the veiw on 6th floor is beautiful at night! Grab a cup o joe and head up to the 6th floor when the sun goes down.

    4th floor west side is the best view of downtown. More immersive then 5 and 6 which leaves you staring at roofs.

    Meters are .25 for 20 minutes. 60 minutes in an hour... clearly not the cheapest place for pay parking. There's plenty of side streets just east for free parking + short walk

    I love hanging out and reading on the top floor. It's one of the best views of the city. Plus the Atrium in marvelous. Do yourself a favor, grab a coffee, and go kick it down there!
