Observe the folks who linger in the fiction section on the second floor, stalking the chairs by the glass panes, licking their lips in anticipation of an empty chair. Biding their time like vultures.

If you need to have your children's book wrapped, ask for Frishta to do it. Never seen anyone wrap a book so nicely!

If you're trying to kill time while at the mall, head over to Indigo and find a magazine/book to read. Hopefully you'll be able to find a seat too. There's a Starbucks upstairs if you need a drink.

Avoid Martin, the salesperson who handles the e-readers if at all possible . Horrible attitude and more than comfortable laughing at shoppers for not knowing whether product is in stock.
