I'm not a fan of molecular gastronomy, but this place -- an offshoot of nearby, world-famous molecular gastronomy pioneer Moto Restaurant -- won me over. It's the comfort food of molecular gastronomy.
The restaurant week 4 course sampler was delicious. The wings had to be my favorite course.

Our dining critic @dropkickjeffy says "The playful tako taco is a peanut butter and scallion crêpe with oil-poached octopus and elements of pad Thai. Not really a taco or Thai but excellent."

Easily the best meal of my life. Small plates but I was full at the end, & everything was incredible. A passionate chef & staff clearly makes the difference. Can't wait to come back!

Longanissa are you kidding me ? Filipino duck sausage . Get it straight we use pork not sausage. And by the way it tasted like Italian sausage .
