Probably the most low key late night wine bar in Greenwich Village. Love the selection and food. Staff is top notch. Be sure to get a (really reasonably priced) carafe and panini.

For a white, opt for Damilano's arneis (from the Langhe zone in Piedmont). The arneis grape variety delivers a medium-bodied wine w/ good fruit, nice acidity, and a smoky flavor. agwine.com

Small and not overly crowded, Ino is perhaps ideal for two. Extensive list of wines, featuring many Italian wines. Paninis served with soup are a staple.

As everyone says, the truffled egg toast is delish. It's like an orgasm in your mouth - truly. Right behind it is the orange, honey & fresh ricotta bruschette. Fresh squeezed OJ & farm fresh milk too!

At a certain time this chic w.vill wine bar puts on the Autotune. There was some Next (Real Close) and some Bieber. If you are a 15 yr old that likes good Italian wine, this is the place for you.

We recommend the bold, full-bodied 2007 Refosco del Penducolo (a red wine from North Italy). Flavors of dark berries, spices, plum. Great price value at $37. For more wine tips visit http://agwine.com Read more
