I love the InterCon and always make sure to check it out when I travel anywhere. This one is, unfortunately, not one of the best when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed.

Have been to the lobby bar a couple times. It's nice. The champagne drink with the edible flower in it is underwhelming, though.

Get the 1 King Bed Sky View Room, and you'll get a scenic view of Times Square on 1 of the highest floors through panoramic windows. No bathtub, but the staff are very friendly and professional.

Great restaurant food, a little too noisy and fast service, but woth it!

No refrigerators in the rooms. You can order one but they charge $30 even if you are an Ambassador with IHG Rewards. Unless you need one to store medication - then it's free.

Don't believe the outdated posts that you have to pay for wi-fi. It's free for everyone - all you need to do is join IHG Rewards. It's free to join and you can do it when you check in.

True 5 star service hotel! The staff first rate & friendly. Anything we needed was delivered quickly. Joined the Ambassador program & received a room upgrade to a large room on upper club floor.

If you don't see something you want, just ask guest services. They truly wish to make their guests happy and will do their honest best to meet your needs.

The lobby is great for an impromptu afternoon business meeting. Finger foods, drinks, and comfortable seating inspires relaxed creativity. Bright enough room to remember your discussing business.

Nice hotel. If you are an Ambassador member then you have a special treat. An upgrade, dedicated check in, complementary internet access and room amenities. Worth the membership.

Big change here. Studio Suites are now "Family Studios". Two piece.sectional sofas have been replaced with a sleeper sofa. These rooms now can sleep four instead of two. Low rates for 4+ nights!

the breakfast is good, especially the berries

Shower was gross. Mold on a great deal of the shower walls. Don't they ever clean them? Agree with other reviews: great location, nice views, etc. just expected this level of a hotel to be cleaner.

Have your room key out in the elevator. It is required to open the elevator doors on all floors except for the main floor.

Call for your bellman to assist with your bags a good 15 minute early. The property feels a bit understaffed during peak check in & check out hours.

The greatest hotel I ever stayed in NYC. Amazing beds, great shower and incredible staff. The free wifi pin is ILOVENYC - uppercase. They let us check in at 10am and check out at 14pm at no cost! :-)

This hotel is great for convenience. However the walls are very thin and the house keeping is rude and very obnoxious. Small rooms too.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, remains the best. Easy access to the theaters and walking distance to the rest. Subway stop right below too. Enjoy!

the beds are super nice! key cards are a bit tricky though. had to go down a few times coz they weren't working. downside is that internet isn't free and you get charged per device.

Not sure about Accor. Ambassador Club is related to IHG Priority Club and has separate membership.

I've stayed in a handful of hotels in NYC. This one is defiantly the best! Ask them to upgrade your room (they'll do it for free) & try the rainforest shower in your room.
