Intercontinental San Francisco is housed in a graceful, translucent blue tower, 32 stories above South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood.
Who had the "bright" idea to mount a lamp at eye level above urinal? This is the worst thing ever.
It's in the downtown so you can walk any where you want😉 room service is cool but limited in food choices!
Amazing how 'luxury' hotel chains think that nickel & diming you on water and wifi creates a good customer experience.
Didn't stay at the hotel but the Grand Ballroom is a wonderful meeting space and the lobby is gorgeous.
Really great option near Union Square
Right next to Moscone
Great hotel! Had an amazing view of the city and was close to everything!
The handicapped "stall" in the lobby restroom is a stand alone bathroom with power outlet and cloth towels.
A great hotel for a city trip! Well located, with good restaurants nearby. My room was modern and spacious with a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable! I would stay here again.
Nice personnel, awesome huge room, complimentary toiletries and loafers!
really luxury experience.very nice and helpful staff. sweet complimentary of fruits and wines. love it.
I wish high end hotels in the US didn't feel the need to nickel and dime you for Internet. 15 bucks for 1 night. 😕
They treat you with respect. open the door for you. The place is very technology advanced. Overall a great place to spend your time. When you're not having fun in San Francisco.
The car rental partnership is great.
The location is the best in S.F, shopping and sight seeing
Nice hotel with top quality service. Ask a room with the view !
great hotel in a great location
Run to the bay and back. A nice easy 5k
Tiny tiny weeny pool. Not really worth it.
If you sign up for a completely free IHG membership you get free Internet and free 2pm checkout. Even if you never use points it's worth it. Stay above 8th floor for an unobstructed view.
Fairly poor customer service all around.
A great location, one of the coolest hotel bars we found in the city, and a super gym which you will probably want to hit up in the morning before the feasting begins.
Upgrade to club room to really experience luxury
The Intercontinental Hotel provides two POPOS (Privately Owned Public Open Spaces) on the fourth and sixth floors. They have various seating arrangements and landscaping, each with views of the City
Going swimming? I think you gotta swim about 66 lengths/33 laps to get a mile out if the 25m pool. Do it!
Be an IHG rewards club member. It has its perks.
Corner rooms are awesome. Floor to ceiling windows offer amazing views.
If you've eaten too many burritos during your SF trip, try to do a mini-triathlon at the gym (30 min swim, 5 mi bike, 3 mi run)
The Foursquare Special cocktail is a blueberry mojito. Delicious.
For free wifi you can suscribe to the "intercontinental rewards program" (or something like that... Can't remember the name) :)
Fabio, a bellman, is super nice and friendly! The hotel is really nice but the parking is sooo expensive!
Wifi isn't free, what a joke
30 dollar breakfast buffet is overpriced and not the good. More value going elsewhere
Go elsewhere for breakfast. It's over rated and over priced.
Free computer access in Club Longe plus outdoor patio to enjoy champagne breakfast.
Club Lounge is lovely.
Great charging plugs for Tesla Model S!
If it its good enough for my President then it is good enough for me.
Apparently the terraces on the 4th and 6th floors are publicly accessible open space. So go nuts, public!
In the lounge you shouldn't play childeren's programs ! The hotel is quite nice !
Parking is $60 a night... Included breakfast is for 2 guests even if your reservation is for 4. Breakfast is $28 even if you're 7 years old. The pool was an afterthought very tight area with no seats.
Get THE foursquare drink!
Good accommodations, but do not even *touch* the stuff on the mini bar. It is wired to charge you. Literally.
Best brunch ever
Watch out for secret service when Obama is in town
Room keys are RIDICULOUSLY sensitive. Keep them away from your phone or the keys will be fried.
Finally made it to the National Postal Forum, excited to be here!
