Nice hotel. Quiet room with comfy bed. Good location. Attentive service.
Thanks for everything Willard! Everything was perfect! See you next time we are in DC. We are off to Scotland!
Beautiful hotel, great service.
If you tip the bellman, they may offer you free bottled water. Bottled water in the room could be $8 or more.
One of the oldest hotels we have ever stepped foot in& it's flawless!!! Gorgeous decor and very well kept!!!!
Love this hotel, friendly staff and awesome decor. Their food is delicious as well:-)
In Winter, Try the Spiced Cider.
Great location, spacious room and good service. It's an honor to stay in this historic hotel. Breakfast should be tier 1, only compared within American hotels. Food choices are fewer than Asian IHGs.
We had a great lunch outside. Love the cute birds on the terrace.
Grand old dame hotel brimming with history! Spacious rooms with lots of storage. Good concierge service. Wonderful position for sightseeing
Watching Kentucky Derby celebration!
A great experience and great service!
Wonderful service for my week long stay on business. Very friendly and accommodating. www.ayed.com.tr
There's a creepy photo on the 6th floor.
So beautiful especially at the holidays
The Lobby of this hotel is where President Grant coined the phrase "Lobbying"
Be sure to visit the museum in the lobby. Lots of history
A very grand old hotel. Just don't order room service—everything is absurdly salty.
What a incredible.. By Member as AmbassadorProgram, how we have been getting so many privileges as 1st class.. Moreover we bring a baby who need special service for. Like our home, we love stay here..
Everyone from Martin Luther King Jr. to Mark Twain has stayed at The Willard. Be sure to check out the famed Round Robin Bar, where the mint julep is our favorite cocktail.
Fitzgerald and his wife, Zelda, stayed at this 335-room grand dame shortly after their 1920 marriage. They saidthe hotel smelled "of peaches & hot biscuit & the cindery aroma of travelling salesmen"
Double white chocolate mocha the best!!!!
This is a lovely setting for high tea, and the scones are quite good. Live harp music on Friday-Sunday. The finger sandwiches are ho-hum, as is the tea itself. The hostess is more than a bit snooty.
Beautiful hotel and great breakfast
Rooms are big and bright. Plenty of space to put your stuff
Famous place to stay. Great location
Special treat: The Willard InterContinental (washington.intercontinental.com) has hosted Abraham Lincoln, Charles Dickens, Martin Luther King and David Lloyd George. Rooms from $259/£172.
True old world #hotel elegance
The lobby of this hotel is where Julia Ward wrote "The Battle Hymn of the Republic," and where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. wrote his renowned "I Have a Dream" speech.
These little mousse cups were amazing!
Such an amazing vibe from the moment you walk in! Don't forget to head into their history museum.
Great hotel. Chef Geoff's has a great menu right around the corner on 13th.
I've heard that Mark Twain used to like strolling down "peacock alley" -- then would run outside down 14th St. and do it again!
On August 28, 1963, Reverend Martin Luther King finished his famous “I Have A Dream” speech while a guest at the Willard.
Try their cherry blossom afternoon tea!
Don't just walk into the lobby! Stay the night if you have the cash. It is so historical!

Feeling like "Boardwalk Empire?" Rub elbows with the district most powerful in this classic style hotel bar. The only thing that would make this place perfect is being able to light up a fat stogie
