Visit during Try It FREE Week to participate in classes that would cost you throughout the semester. This week occurs during the first week of every new IUB Academic semester.
Make sure to wear a shirt! You get in trouble if you try to jog in a sports bra or shirtless.
If you've given up on the SRSC, give it another try...they doubled the size of their cardio room!
It's worth it to get a locker! Saves time and a lot of travelling, which can sometimes be a hassel if you're on the bus! :D
The Circuit Strength classes are a great way to get in a good, total-body workout in just 45 minutes.
Try racquetball with the other hand - you just might surprise yourself.
Racquetball is more fun with real people than with your imaginary friends.
