    I've been fortunate to take this peaceful walk around the only city to live; Manhattan. I met John Jr. at the premier of Alessandro Ford's first movie. Legends have sweet tastes.

    Can't bring your dog on the trail that overlooks the lake; a little lame bc park time is usually an experience shared with a canine friend, but you can still see the gorgeous city views on all trails.

    Iconic views of the city. If you're visiting please don't bring your bike/stroller/dog/tractor on the running path. Slow pokes(like me) keep to the right and let the runners pass.

    Great place to see the face off of the west and east side Apt's. They've lowered the fence from years pass, making the view more accessible. Look at the water and you will see turtles and birds

    The most scenic – and flat – loop in Central Park! The loop is approximately 1.5 miles and filled with sweaty and sexy runners and walkers.

    There are only a few points of entry or exit, so once you're in there, you can't really get out. You have to go the whole way around, which forces you to get at least 1.6 miles of exercise.

    Rocks across the path south of the tennis club.. Perfect hideout/ getaway
    Built, 1858 by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux. After 131 years of service, decommissioned & renamed in honor of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in 1994. Run two counter clockwise loops for a 5K.

    Do not walk three abreast. If you walk two abreast, do not hold hands and consider walking single file or moving all the way over to one side when you hear a heard of runners thundering through.
