The crowds certainly don't come for the decor, but brave the masses and you will be rewarded with some of the city's best dim sum. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

Dim Sum is where it's at -- order anything with shrimp (honey walnut shrimp is outrageous).

All right, so Seattle is no mecca for the Chinese small-plates-on-rolling-carts breakfast feast known as dim sum. That said, Joy Palace (see The True Taste of Asia) and Jade Garden do it best— Read more

Arguably the best Dim Sum in Seattle for around $10 per person. The restaurant is run-down and chaotic, but food is hot and fresh. Call ahead to put your name on the list. Read more

This place is popular, the wait can be brutal. CALL AHEAD and check in when you arrive. Your name will be put on the list when you called, rather than when you show up.

Practically growing up in Chinatown, Jade Garden is outstanding for dim sum. Very crowded, even during the week. But leave without having the sticky rice, and you're doing yourself a grave disservice.

    Gil Ruta · October 16, 2011
  • Kayan H.

Probably the best dim sum in Seattle, but that's not saying much. It's a bit pricey imo and if I ever have to wait in that ridiculous line I'd pass.
