We didn't have a bad dish. Great cocktails as well.
Patatas bravas and datiles con tocino are great.
Make reservation in opentable early. The slots filled pretty quickly on Friday and weekends!
Sangria's good, foods good too, not as amazing as some say btw but yes good ...
I cant think of one standout dish here I had, and I had quite a few. This is an extremely overrated James Beard restaurant--better food at Zaytinya
Long wait. Too expensive.
Squid ink, patatas bravas, liquid olives, paella
Endives and olive oil
Crazy bathroom, but fun and creative decor overall! Great food. Always busy so be sure to make reservations.
Amazing!! I had lunch yesterday and the DC Restaurant Week menu was fantastic. Tapas and the best fries with blue cheese I ever had. TJ Neville told me about this place and he is right: amazing!
Mussels in olive oil and garlic
Everything was amazing!!!! I had the Idiazabal cheese which was excellent and melted in my mouth. The Jamon iberico fermin was definitely an experience. Tuna tartare was small but really tasty.
Get the sangria pitcher, sautéed spinach, onions with blue cheese, "paella"...o wait get anything and it is fantastic!!
Excellent Spanish cuisine. The tapas are perfectly seasoned. We lived our experience there.
smh. Just take the metro two stops to Boqueria and have yourself a nice dinner there.
Very good experience 👍👍
Olive oil ice cream with grapefruit!
paella and pata negra!
Best tapas outside of Spain. Marinated chicken on parsley puree was the winner of our selection.
The pan con tomate, bacon wrapped dates & rosemary mashed potatoes with the chorizo are all delicious.
I'll have a sangria from this place:-)
Based on (and drawn in by) the great reviews, I was rather underwhelmed. Tapas were okay but really nothing special.
Washingtonian recommends the mini hamburgers, sangria, tomato bread, and croquetas.
Amazing food! Highly recommend it. #DaucoPaLaYuxa
Overpriced, terrible service and bland food. Extremely disappointed especially after the rave reviews.
The bruschetta with tomato and the croquetas de pollo are a must try here!
This place is not for. Very expensive to very little food. Food was not good.
The most interesting combination of tastes, ingredients and drinks I've ever had. The grapefruit w/ olive oil ice cream dessert is a true testament to this, and I highly recommend it.
Order "secreto ibérico" and sangria.
Great Spanish food, nice service and atmosphere.
Get the Huevo Frito Con Caviar, Patatas Bravas, and Gambas Al Ajillo. The Sangria is excellent.
Remarkably slooooow service yet good service when you can pin them down. Fantastic food & THE BEST mojito I've ever had - full of mint & lime. Mmmmm...
If you get nothing else, get the papas arrufgas and the orange flan. I have always hated flan, but theirs is impeccable.
Delicious and inventive tapas. If you're dining with kids, request to sit at one of the Foosball tables. It keeps the kids entertained.
Liquid olives sound weird but are wonderful
If you want a unique and high quality experience with a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend Jaleo. This is one of the best tapas restaurants in the metro area. Can't wait to go back!!
Ask for table 4 near the window. Get papas arrugas with beso de vino a cheap but great red wine@
