Make sure to use the Great State Fare Card which gets you 10% off most food in the food court. You can get the card from Jazzman's Internet Cafe located on the lower level.

The architect wanted a thermal layer of glass for temp control, but the State wouldn't pay for it. Hence, the temp problems in the summer.
