It was a surprising experience. For a small Japanese market in south Florida on the way to the beach and other attractions, this was a fantastic place with an amazing sushi deli. Oishi!

Get a seafood salad to start, a 12 piece Omakase and let the chef take care of the rest. Enjoy your happy belly.

Sushi bar is closed for the month of July (2013). It reopens August 1st.

Although the place is open, the sushi chef is off during the entire month of July for vacation. He always goes back to Japan. Come back in August if you're craving summer sushi.

Quality grocer. Location is good. This is a much easier drive from Midtown/Upper East Side than to 163 Street.

Best local sushi spot. Sush Master knows what's up: the fish is fresh & the price is right. You can pick up some Japanese goodies for your pantry while you're there. Get there early they close at 7 PM

Best place to buy Japanese groceries.

    Daniel M. Perez · June 14, 2010
  • @elavrov

Best sushi in town. Also try kitty chicken. It's a small deli inside of Japanese grocery store. Good choice of sakes. Try fancy Japanese non-alcohol drink "ramune" with marble stopper!
