Color with character. Prints with a story. Fabrics with history.
The staff here is very helpful. Has a high end clothier feel at affordable prices.
The vibe isn't as cool as the J.Crew Liquor Store, but it's a notch above most shops. Need a new suit? Get to the Ludlow Shop in the back for a tailoring session.
There is a good men's suit shop in the back.
The bench in front can seat upwards of 5 tired boyfriends
Top service and very nice chinos, available in slim fit or urban slim fit (more loose)
J. Crew made a big mistake making this menswear location so small. It gets crowded very easily on the weekends. Note: I personally prefer Club Monaco (slimmer cuts IMO) over J. Crew. #nyc #menswear
Orlando is the man to meet here. He is a great guy.
Ok where's the sale section???
Student discount "rules" are a joke... Almost not worth the effort
Ah J Crew. So much prep, so little time. Great selection of colorful pants in the summer. Get a matching pocket square, linen jacket and you're done.
Fantastic selection of men's ties and socks, also great for casual dressing and shoes!
Need assistance? Ask for Peter Thomas in the suit shop. Knowledgeable & will give you honest feedback, even if it means suggesting another store.
Preppy done right.
Peter is the best and the Ludlow suit is my favorite!
This has nothing to do with food but I like their jeans and shirts. -Ed Cotton, Top Chef
Right now, this is my favorite store in all of NYC.
Also check out J. Crew's Liquor Store Men's Shop in Tribeca (235 W. Broadway).
Go see Orlando. Entertaining and helpful.
Great place to pick up the classics. The fit is ridic.
Probably the best shop ever
